Where can spring be when we are still buried in snow,

 thanks to the third snowstorm in the past two weeks?

Feeling springy inside with new toe-touching tricks,

 fake flower wands,

 and dolly daycare.

A cold, soggy, and snowy spring is not good for much besides

 lighting up the brush pile,

and visiting lambie friends!

Baaa.

 A shiny new soccer ball, 

 

 and a bunch of bungee cords will keep this fellow entertained for many moons.

 Meanwhile, little brother turns 4 months -- still too small for the jumper!

 and only one toy.

 On the first day of spring, little seedlings watch the snow pile up outside.

 Inside, we read books,

 eat hand-sandwiches,

 and read more books.

 We escape to the balmy greenhouse and do our best to look sporty in blaze orange,

and lounge in the wheelbarrow.

 A welcome hello to our friend, dirt.

oh, march

 March putts along, and we mark the days with candles (5 and 1/2 to be exact),

 and fancy hats.

 

 Meanwhile, "The Air Factory" won 1st Place at the Ashland Lego Contest,

which was very exciting for the Factory's creator.
